These classes are intended to boost your confidence in a new language or build on your existing knowledge to make you comfortable with grammar and conversation. I am a qualified English teacher (TEFL) and a native English speaker from England. I believe that the best way to learn a new language is to be immersed in its culture. As someone who grew up in London, I am happy to teach you about English culture in our lessons. I also want to make sure that you achieve your goal, whether that is getting into an English university, passing a language exam or simply learning something new. I am here to help you with your writing and speaking, but above all, to make sure you enjoy learning or perfecting a new language!

Hello! My name is Lucia and I am currently a Master's student at Leiden university. I have moved here from London and I am offering English language and essay-writing lessons as a qualified English teacher (TEFL). In London, I studied History of Art and now I am studying Global Ethnography, which I am really enjoying. I am happy to also teach classes in Italian and Spanish, as I am fluent in both. I have a Bachelor Degree in Art History from London. At school, my final exams were on Spanish, English literature and History of Art. I continued to learn Spanish at university, achieving a C1 grade. I am currently studying a Master's at Leiden university!

Hi! My name is Joana and I am originally from Luxembourg. Growing up in Luxembourg allowed me to be fluent in our three national languages: Luxembourgish, French and German (Native Proficiency).
After graduating from high school with a specialisation in modern languages and humanities, I moved to the United Kingdom to study Journalism. Living in London for over three years allowed me to perfect my written and spoken English. Since I've been 16, I have been giving private tutoring lessons both to primary and secondary school students.
