French is a "core subject", because it is what allows us to succeed in understanding other subjects, and also to find our way in life outside of school. It often scares students because it seems out of their reach: however, French is a language that they use every day, and they do not have to be afraid of it! My goal is to best prepare my students to succeed in their studies, whether they are preparing for an exam (brevet, baccalaureate, CAP) or not, and to give them confidence in their own abilities.

Able to pass on my knowledge, I am trustworthy and able to support your children in their educational journey. The French course for beginners aims to introduce the basics of the language, including grammar, vocabulary, and basic communication skills. Students will learn to construct simple sentences, introduce themselves, and acquire everyday conversation skills. The beginner's math course focuses on fundamental concepts such as basic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), numbers, and basic geometry. Students will develop a progressive understanding of mathematical principles while strengthening their problem-solving skills.

A recent graduate with a Bac+5 in Archaeology, I also have a Literary Baccalaureate with a specialization in reinforced English (and 6 years of Latin). I can help the student with his homework, whether it is English, French or even History and even Latin. I will advise him on the different ways to learn or to retain easily.

The objective is to allow the child to deepen, know and master these languages. With the help of methodical and regular work, the child will then be able to acquire an efficient way of working. Having followed the primary school curriculum, college, high school, I was able to acquire several working methods which allowed me to succeed. I am currently in Spanish LLCE, a field which allows me to be a Spanish teacher in the end. In addition, I have level C2 in English since I took English as a specialty for my Literary Bac Mention Bien (levels: A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2). I like to teach, to be close to children and to help them to advance, to progress, while making them gaining self-confidence because it is very important at the level of the school.

L1 student of languages at Université Lumière Lyon 2 gives classes in French, English and Spanish, from primary to high school. With the aim of becoming a language teacher in high school, this would allow me a first approach in teaching. I would adapt to the level of the student so that he can progress better.

Contrary to popular belief, learning Latin is not like learning the phone book by heart. I offer you Latin lessons that are unlike any other. There are two types of courses. Here is an analogy to illustrate their respective approaches: If you take the train back and forth every day and don't have time to wait long at the platform, imagine that you only have two options: 1) Learn the schedules by heart. 2) Note that the train arrives every ten minutes and that a train arrives for example at 7:00 a.m. In school pedagogy, in study notebooks and in ordinary courses, it is the first approach which is adopted - in the courses that I offer you, it is the second because it is more economical and faster. My offer is aimed at both students and adults who want to learn the Latin language or deepen their knowledge without time-consuming detours through the insanities of school methods which do not produce results. Learning is easy but unlearning what has become a bad habit is extremely difficult. All the more important it is to learn the right reflexes as early as possible. With my tailor-made teaching you will accelerate your learning in a positive state of mind. I offer individual or group Latin lessons (2 to 5 people). The methods are based on cognitive sciences and in particular historical linguistics. What will not be the subject of the course: learn lists of verbs; learn lists of nouns with their gender; learn words with their translations; memory card game; doing school exercises; follow the program in a notebook; impose French grammar on the Latin language. What matters to me in particular: motivate my student and give him a learning rhythm; encourage creativity; make friends with language; letters and their sounds strengthen your memory by working on the phonological loop; teach construction plans instead of having people learn sentences by heart; explain how the language works to make my student independent as quickly as possible; breaking preconceived ideas such as the gammatical gender would have a link with the biological gender, the accusative would be a direct complement and the dative an indirect complement, the verbs would be irregular, the declension would be random and therefore to be learned with each verb... ; place practice at the center and articulate grammar around practice.
