I truly think learning Spanish has to be enjoyable and challenging (positively) and my aim is to create a fun and positive learning environment in which you can really thrive, feel confident and tranquilo. I like to approach my students to grammar structures and cultural comprehension of the language by a variety of methods and sources such as images, videos, interviews, audios, etc. and adjust exercises of reading, listening and conversation to topics related to their particular interests and personal motivations.

I’m a french student living in London for 2 months. I study in Inseec Business School in The 3rd year. The past 2 years I studied french literature and I was specialised in Spanish. So I speak Spanish very well, and I know grammar and conjugation.

Since I was young, I have always enjoyed learning languages as I know it is a very important skill to have. Being able to speak and understand languages is difficult, it takes time and effort to excel. I, like you, am still finding new words that I don’t know and expanding my vocabulary. However, with my fun and creative lessons, we can work together to improve your confidence and ability. Hello My name is Ruben, I am a university of Surrey graduate from London and am a native Spanish speaker and have been studying and practicing Spanish my whole life. I have completed a C1 level of Spanish proficiency at the prestigious Instituto Cervantes School and have been studying under them from a child till the age of 18. During my time at University I studied a year abroad in Madrid (Spain) at a private university where I carried out specialised modules in interpreting and translation. I am happy to help in any way possible whether it is with writing, reading or speaking. I work together with students to either set out lesson plans or they come to me with whatever their needs are.
