Do-In Yoga is for everyone! It's an accessible way of doing yoga: women, men & kids love it.
Do-in Yoga has its origin in Japan; we combine 'makko ho' stretches with Qi Gong (breathing) exercises, tapping the meridians (energy pathways in the body) and short meditation.

You'll learn how to take care of your body and also what stretches have a certain effect on different functions in the body.
Extra information
In case you need extra support you can use pillows or a block during class. Bring a warm blanket and/or an eye pillow for the end relaxation.

About Me
- Besides teaching Yoga I make jewelry and accessories (eye pillows, etc) and sell these items through Etsy. However I love expanding my yoga teaching hours! This feels like sharing what I love doing most.

- During my classes I emphasize the importance of the 'Yin' aspect of moving: seeking stillness within.

Combination of Dance fitness & yoga
During the class we first warm up with simple dance movements that are easy to follow. Then we raise the heart rate a little more with more active dance moves. There is no need to follow everything seamlessly; it's about moving and loosening the body. As long as the blood can flow freely: it's all about the fun!

After the dance part of the class, we grab the yoga mat to start the yoga stretches and flow movements. Here too, it is not about what the postures look like, but rather about what you feel in your body! Every person is wired differently. In addition, one day we can easily get into a stretch and another day it feels less flexible. Breathing is central during this lesson, both in the dance moves and in the yoga part.

The advantage of the dynamic approach is that the movement warms up the connective tissues enveloping the muscles, thanks to this they begin to slide better, which, in turn, allows you to increase the amplitude of movements and develop functional flexibility.
The combination of the static approach of Hatha yoga and dynamic Vinyasa flow yoga in one practice allows you to cover all muscle groups with attention, ensuring optimal muscle development and dynamics of internal processes in the body, such as lymph supply and blood supply.
Therefore, if you lead a sedentary lifestyle, at the end of a hard working day, practicing with me will be the best way to relax both body and mind. Yes, despite the fact that we will sweat a lot, at the end of the practice you will realize that yoga is exactly what your body needs to relax and relieve excess tension.
Well, if you want your day to pass energetically, and the body to retain its tone and working mood for a long time, starting the morning on the mat is the best way to show your love for the body.
