I specialize in tutoring English in grammar, writing and conversation, especially for school students. I have several experiences before and am willing to adjust teaching materials to the need of students.

We can focus on a variety and a combination of competencies such as writing, reading, and speaking. Do you want to improve your vocabulary? Do you need to improve your business English? I have been working as a one-on-one Chinese tutor since 2011.
I'm teaching children Chinese in the way of immersion study. I'm helping students prepare for HSK and HSKK test so that they get the key to applying for a Chinese Scholarship; I also tutor university students majoring in Chinese Studies as well as International Studies, supplementing their Mandarin courses in the universities.

My students also enjoy the learning process. We have made each lesson very efficient and interesting together. More importantly, they keep on making progress.

I specialize in tutoring English for young children, school, and for adults. I am a native english speaker and have year of teaching experience. My goal is to keep students challenged, but not overwhelmed. I assign homework after every lesson and provide periodic progress reports.

I specialize in teaching English as a second language to small children, beginners and advance students. There will be Homework after avery lesson and often vocabulary and grammar tests. For small children, the lesson can be more fun with videos, songs etc.

English is a world language. You can go almost everywhere with English. That is why it is important that you have some command of English and that you can make yourself understood. And that is what I am for, helping people, young or old, to learn English or improve their English.

Method:

First I make an assessment of aptitude for, and existing knowledge of, English for each student.

During teaching I find the following elements important:
1. Creating a friendly and pleasant atmosphere in which the student starts to feel enthusiastic.
2. Discipline. This means that the course leader and the student (s) do what is expected of them.
3. From simple to complicated, tailored to the aptitude and experience of the student (s).
4. Practicing a lot and repeating previous lessons.
5. Structured work. This mainly means working on the grammar of English because grammar gives structure to a language.
6. Regular keys.

I specialize in tutoring English and German grammar as well as pronunciation. I keep track of a level of progress and make sure my students get their personalized material as well as the support they need from me. I assign homework if needed / requested and will make sure my students get a fitting program to increase their language level as efficiently as possible. I am a very talkative and open-minded person and enjoy tutoring, challenging and guiding people along their journey.

As a native English speaker with knowledge of various foreign languages and global issues in history and the political economy, I can provide English lessons to various learner levels and age groups in many different subjects. I received my master's degree in International Relations at Leiden University and worked in international diplomacy at the UN. Previously, I worked at universities in research administration and media companies. I have a TEFL degree and plenty of experience managing academic events and teaching. Additionally, I can provide any educational help needed in studying disciplines in the humanities – such as politics, economics, history, research analysis, writing, ethics and learning languages.
