From a very young age, I discovered my passion for English. I grew up surrounded by music and movies in this language, which sparked in me not only a love for learning it, but also for sharing it with others. I have lived a large part of my life in Chicago, an experience that allowed me to fully immerse myself in the language and culture, strengthening both my knowledge and my confidence when communicating.
As a teacher, I love creating dynamic and fun classes tailored to each student’s needs, goals, and learning style. I firmly believe that every student learns differently, which is why I design unique experiences that make learning English motivating, practical, and meaningful.
I consider myself a punctual and responsible person, always committed to my students’ progress. I am outgoing, kind, and patient—qualities that allow me to create a trusting environment where everyone feels comfortable participating and making mistakes without fear. In addition, I am determined and consistent, so I support my students until they achieve their goals.

Throughout my life, English has always been a fundamental part of my education and teaching experience. From my primary school years at a bilingual school in Colombia to halfway through high school in Chicago—where all classes were conducted in English—the language has consistently been present in my life.
Teaching private lessons, tutoring, and helping with homework have been part of my development as a teacher since I was 16 years old, and continue to this day at 28.
I also had the opportunity to complete most of my university studies at Moody Bible Institute (4-year Communications program). There, I not only gained higher education experience in English, but also had the chance to be surrounded by diverse accents and cultures, which has allowed me to develop greater adaptability to meet each individual’s needs
