Setting:
Each class welcomes 1 to 4 persons max. The class takes place in my beautiful open kitchen overlooking the lake.

Description:
In my classes you will learn how to cook DELICIOUS and HEALTHY vegan and gluten-free meals. The aim of my classes is to make sure you bring home the necessary knowledge to take great care of your body by incorporating the proper nutriments derived from your food.

Course objectives:
Plant-based nutrition is not only healthy, it can also be incredibly delicious! Thus:
- Discover the world of vegan and gluten-free food!
- Understand how to create a balanced meal which will provide you with sufficient vegan proteins.
- Become familiar with the basics of nutrition.

Course content:
- Learn how to cook 30-min meals
- Learn how to cook refined sugar free desserts (fruit sweetened)
- Learn how to prepare alcohol free and refined sugar free cocktails
- Learn how to prepare a full dinner menu

About me:
I am a vegan chef with a passion for mental and physical health. I hold a Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and eCornell University. I am also a Doctor in Laws with a specialization in international criminal law and am a Vipassana meditator.

Written recipes will be provided to the students at the end of each class.
If needs be, I can pick you up at the Vevey train station and drive you to my place for the class.
Oh and bring your Tupperware to take your delicious creations back home !
