I am a Romanian Flutist living in Bern, Switzerland for my studies at HKB.
I am really happy to be able to do what I love and to share my passion with other music lovers!

Je propose des cours de flûte traversière, de tous niveaux et également un soutien ou un éveil au solfège, afin d'avoir des bases nécessaires à l'apprentissage d'un instrument. Je suis ouverte à toute sorte de musique bien que spécialisée dans la musique classique. Je suis étudiante à la haute école de musique de Bern.

Mes disponibilités sont très variables, c'est pour cela quel serait préférable d'en parler au cas par cas.

Do you want to learn a new instrument or do you want to take flute lessons again after a break?
My lessons are individually tailored to each student. It is important to me that the joy of making music is in the foreground.
We work out technical basics and pieces together. In addition, we will make music and improvise together and discover the diversity of the flute.
All age categories and levels are welcome here - whether young or old, beginner or advanced. Together we create a practice plan and determine what will be worked on.

Briefly about me: I am a music student at the Bern University of the Arts. I'm currently completing my master's degree in performance. I completed both my bachelor's and master's degrees in education with honors. I have been playing the flute since second primary school and decided to turn my hobby into a career in 2017. I would like to pass on my joy of the transverse flute to as many people as possible and hope that you will also be enthusiastic about this instrument!

Learn to play the flute! First, we will focus on the sound production, the position of the mouthpiece and your posture. Then we will deal with playful pieces, we can play in duet and play melodies that you like. Playing the flute will help you develop your memory, hearing and breathing skills.

I think it's important for children that flute lessons are also music education. For beginners, we get to know the breathing technique through creative games, the "blow competition" with crumpled paper balls is particularly popular. We learn the rhythms with claps and rhymes, but I often explain the bar structure by assembling Lego blocks. I show musicality and technique accompanied by songs, improvisation, playing the flute or piano together. You don't even notice, you're so good at it that you can give your family your own concert. And if you already play the flute, bring your favorite pieces, even pop songs, to class! If you're playing with a band, I'll give you ideas and tips. If you already know all the tones, I'll even show you new techniques like whistling or drumming on the flute. There is always something new and surprising on this instrument! Home visits: 10 francs more

Together we will explore the flute instrument in more detail and set out to achieve your wish or goal - be it learning a song by Billie Eilish, playing her favorite piece at grandma's birthday party, working on your technique and your fingers to train them so that they can play very fast passages, to discover new music with me in class and have fun, or, or, or!

Beginners as well as advanced or returnees of all ages are welcome.

I myself come from Aargau, but live and study in Bern at the University of the Arts. I am currently pursuing a master's degree in education. In addition to great chamber music and improvisation projects, I play and organize in the Bern student orchestra. I also have many years of experience with wind orchestras and enjoy leading register rehearsals.
In addition to music, I really enjoy being in nature, for example in the mountains or the refreshing Aare. I also enjoy reading and am interested in psychological topics.

Play piano together in a small group! Children, teenagers, and adults can play as a duet or small ensemble. The course is suitable for all levels – from beginners to advanced. We'll learn to play music together, listen to each other, develop rhythm and harmony, and create pieces together. At the same time, each participant receives individual support with the pieces they would like to practice. Above all, the focus is on having fun playing music together.
