Learning the cello in a new country has been one of the most memorable experiences of my exchange semester in the Netherlands. I had always wanted to try the cello, and I’m so grateful that I had the opportunity to learn it with such a wonderful teacher.
Huub is an incredibly patient, encouraging, and knowledgeable teacher. Every lesson was enjoyable, and he created a comfortable environment where I felt confident to learn, even as a complete beginner. His passion for music and teaching made every lesson inspiring, and I always looked forward to coming back each week.
Looking back, these cello lessons are truly one of the highlights of my time in the Netherlands. I would wholeheartedly recommend Huub to anyone who is interested in learning the cello, whether you are a beginner or already have experience. I hope many more students will have the opportunity to learn from him!
