I recently graduated from the university of Bath with a first class honours in Mechanical engineering. I achieved 3 A*’s at A level and have experience tutoring maths to year 9 students.

My focus on teaching is to try and bring maths alive with the more fascinating ways in which different areas of maths can conjoin and impact the real world. Why are beehives hexagonal shaped for example? Why do spider webs mimic certain road maps?
