English (Conversational, Functional, Business and Exam Prep)

I am a TEFL qualified native English speaker from England and a first class MMath graduate from the University of Manchester. During University, I volunteered in the PASS peer mentoring scheme to help first year students. During College, I participated in a peer mentoring scheme. I have an A in English Language and an A in English Literature at GCSE and two of my favourite hobbies include reading and creative writing. After graduating, I gained experience tutoring English Language and Literature remotely for GCSE students.
My approach to learning and lessons is tailored to whom I am tutoring. I strive to find the best possible style of teaching that the student responds to and use that to help them succeed. I wholly believe that learning can be and should be fun and engaging and as such like to put an emphasis on interactivity in lessons.
I am a dedicated individual and take the commitment to supporting someone with their studies very seriously. I enjoy preparing and delivering lessons and hope my enthusiasm for the subject inspires my students.
