I have a retail management background and my research is on university-industry-government management collaboration. I also have a Toastmasters International certificate which is an organization that specializes in leadership and public speaking. I have experience managing children, teenagers and young adults. I have been trusted with executive, departmental and electoral leadership. I am creative at heart so expect unorthodox methods in my leadership process.
