Hi! I’m a KU Leuven student and a native speaker of English and Swedish, and I also teach Spanish (I lived in Spain for 11 years). I offer fun, structured language classes for primary kids (6+), teens, and adults — focused on building real confidence, not boring memorization.

About Me

Hi, I’m a KU Leuven student in European Studies and a language tutor based in Belgium. I’m a native speaker of English and Swedish, and I also teach Spanish (I lived in Spain for 11 years).
My classes are friendly, structured, and focused on real confidence — speaking naturally, understanding clearly, and actually enjoying the process. I teach primary kids (6+), teens, and adults, and I adapt every lesson to the student’s goals: conversation, school support, pronunciation, or writing help.

KU Leuven bachelor of European Studies currently. Previously I studied high school degree at Escuela Europea de Alicante. Here I studied English, Spanish and Swedish.

My name is Serdane and I offer English lessons to high school students and adults who find it difficult to develop a way of working that suits them. Extroverted and bubbly... and above all, full of humor!

I believe that language learning is based above all on the development of an appropriate learning method. Some learn languages intuitively by engaging in conversations. I'm a native English speaker from Canada, currently living in Prague, with many years of ESL and university teaching experience. I can help you gain confidence and improve skills through stimulating, content-based lessons with varieties of topics, activities and materials, designed and adapted to your level, interests, and requirements, and what you and I together feel we want and need to work on flexibly week by week.

I work with intermediate to advanced students (B1-C2), with most of my students interested in conversation/communication English (focusing on speaking and listening skills, and including improving vocabulary, fluency, pronunciation, and grammar), but I’m also happy to work with students on writing and reading.
