Objective: To introduce kids to the joy of dance through high-energy Bollywood moves and graceful Contemporary expressions!

🌟 Warm-Up (10 min) – Fun stretches & dynamic movements to get little dancers ready.
🎵 Rhythm & Basics (10 min) – Learning Bollywood’s high-energy moves & Contemporary’s smooth transitions.
💃 Dance Drills (15 min) – Practicing fun Bollywood expressions & graceful Contemporary flow.
✨ Choreography (15 min) – A short, exciting routine blending both styles to a kid-friendly Bollywood song.
🎭 Freestyle & Cool Down (10 min) – Kids express themselves & relax with gentle movements.
🎶 Music: Peppy Bollywood beats + soft contemporary melodies.

Présentation
I'm a Ph.D graduate in Biochemistry from Friedrich Schiller University Jena. I have been learning dancing for a couple of years and have attended contemporary class at Tanzhaus erfurt. Based on my experience, I felt that certain dance classes are taught like performing exercise but i believe dance is not just executing steps correctly, it's about expressing emotions and going with the flow. I would like to teach how to dance gracefully and be more expressive in your dancing.
