I have an organ master's degree in Groningen and I have studied a piano degree in Spain. I have had a long experience teaching students, adults and children. I have taught seniors to read music and play pieces that they were very excited about! In conclusion whether you are a musician, a music lover or just want to start from scratch I can help you by fully adapting to the needs and preferences of each student!

I created a special program for students who want to play any kind of music (popular, jazz, classical), but can't spend a lot of time studying.
You will learn how to read and play sheet music and chords. We cover the basics very fast so you will start playing your favorite songs right away.

I also cover some music theory that will help you get a better understanding of what you are playing. In this way the skills you get can then be used for playing other instruments, composing and songwriting.

Born and raised in Northern Ontario, Canada, I've been playing music for over 40 years. I'm starting to get the hang of it. Classically trained and world influenced, I am proficient in both old and new musical styles My main instrument is guitar, but I am also quite taken by the piano. I would be happy to show you some of what I've learned. I have taught music to people of all ages and of various backgrounds. I have a nice rapport with kids and adults. I am friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and easy to have around for 45 minutes each week. I speak english, french, spanish, german, and some dutch.

Having a master's degree in saxophone teaching, I can guarantee that the classes will be 100% adapted to the needs and requests of each student.
I want students to have a healthy relationship with the instrument and that they are always motivated by what they are playing.
I can teach different types of music such as: classical, contemporary, pop or commercial.
