Lisa specializes in Private Yoga to guide you to your best version of yourself and to upgrade your health in a wholesome and holistic perspective. Yoga is not just on the mat, it's how we sleep, eat, live, and our relationships. Private classes can be booked per class or as a program of 5-10 sessions. Prior to the program, you will be offered a complimentary call where we will talk about the specific parts of your life that you want to work on and change. Private group classes for events or groups are also available upon request. If you are in Stockholm, the class will be held in my private studio at Selma City Spa but the classes can also be held online. Hi there! I'm an exchange student from Madrid, where I study the degree 'Modern Languages, Culture and Communication'. I'm fluent in English (I have the Cambridge Advanced Certificate) and I also speak French and basic Italian. These past two years, I've helped students with their English and Latin courses. I myself know what it is like to learn a foreign language, and I think that experience is useful to me when I teach others. Indian Classical music/Carnatic music was perhaps the less known forms of music to the world until 2000. Recently, there has been significant efforts and interest by people to know more about it and even learn this form of music because it gives you peace and even makes you a rounded individual when you learn it.
