Hello everyone,
I am a 22 years old Belgian Female who recently moved in London in order to pursue my law studies. I completed my bachelor at the University College Maastricht in the Netherlands, and have acquired a lot of tutoring experience over the past three years. Indeed, alongside my studies, I have always dedicated some of my time to tutor French/English/Dutch lessons to people of all ages.
My lessons are taught in a way as to encourage my students to live the language they want to learn. I give considerable importance to improving one's verbal abilities, and my lessons are structured as follows:
- Warm-up games (i.e., vocabulary games).
- Verbal Skills: Debate on any topic of the student's interest.
- Writing Skills: Small essays to write at home following the debate (correction during the next class where attention shall be paid to grammar rules, etc.).
- Listening Skills: Analysis and translation of popular songs.

Dear prospective students,
I am a 22 years old law student at the University of Law in London. I have been told that I am a fun, not too boring and very enthusiastic tutor!
My main motivation behind teaching is to share knowledge with my students and to help them overcome the difficulties they may encounter whilst learning a language. I also believe that in order to successfully learn a language, one must completely immerse themselves into that language, and what a better way to do so than to communicate with fluent speakers!
Therefore, as a tutor, I try my best to communicate with my students only in the language they are learning (except when giving instructions). Further, I help my students dive into the culture of the language by making them discover shows, songs, and – depending on their levels – books! Throughout the lessons, my students will be assigned to fun and enjoyable homework in order to encourage them to practice the language as much as possible. As a tutor, I am very flexible and try to adjust my teaching method depending on what is more suitable for the student.

After graduating with honours from the University College of Maastricht (UCM) in the Netherlands, I took the Graduate Diploma in Law in London this year, which I just completed with overall commendation.

Back in High School, I used to help my fellow students in multiple fields, such as French, English, Maths, and Dutch. I also used to give piano lessons.

I tutor in French and English to a wide range of students, from beginners to more advanced students. The point for both classes is to give beginners a glimpse into the beauty of the language and to introduce them to the basics in an entertaining and enjoyable way. The ultimate objective of these classes would be to ensure that beginners, by the end of the lessons, have acquired fair understanding, listening, and writing skills. On the other hand, advanced students are expected to experience even further progress in such skills. It must be noted that I will try to give each lesson in the targeted language, privileging the latter as much as possible during the lesson so as to help the student dive into the language.
