In my work, I try to pass on to my students the knowledge that I have integrated during my course. I place organization at the center of school work, both in terms of time (by making schedules for example, if it can help the student) and for the learning itself.
I also ensure that the student finds his own working method, by trying different ways of learning (highlighting, making cards, repeating out loud, learning the lesson then practicing or by practicing... )
Finally, I try to make sure to show my students the value of what they are learning, because it is extremely difficult to get involved when you don't see why you are working.
