Helping you with the AQA content for the A Level psychology course. I completed this course and received an A* and have gone on to do an MSci Applied Clinical Psychology course where I am on track to receive a high 2:1/1st class degree. Lessons will last 1 hour and will be tailored to the student's specific learning needs, for example audio, visual, etc. Before taking on a student I like to know what grade they are currently working at, and what grade they hope to achieve, how they feel they best learn, the areas their strengths lie in, and the areas that they seek help in.

This class is aimed towards Year 9-11 students who are undertaking IGCSE/GCSE English language and are looking for more support to boost their grades. Lessons will take place online and last 60 minutes. There will be a strong focus on core skills needed for the exam as well as spending time looking at past papers and how to achieve the best marks. I will tailor the session to meet the needs of my students, for example if they are an audio or visual learner, as well as the pace they feel comfortable going at. This past summer I helped tutor my sister in English language; as someone with dyslexia this wasn't an easy subject for her, and I managed to help her improve by 2 grades in just a few months. I want to make sure that all of my pupils gain the most out of our sessions together, working at a level that feels comfortable to them, that will also push them to excel.
