10 years in a team for the representation of the Czech Republic in gymnastics, tennis, hop & hop Dance, aerobics and other sports until I came across yoga. I was originally interested in building muscle. Over time, my perception of the experience of movement and breathing began to deepen, and mere asanas ceased to be sufficient for me.
