About me:
I am a student at the polytechnic school of Louvain-la-neuve. As a student I know how difficult it is sometimes to learn and assimilate subjects. My first student was a family friend whom I helped in high school in subjects such as math and science. She had a lot of difficulties and failures and it turns out that following my lessons which lasted two months and the entire duration of her exam session during which I followed and supported her, she came out with a report card without failures and a very large positive difference in marks compared to her last. Since then, I have had the opportunity to help several students in their journey from the first secondary to the first year of university.

About Me

Hello, my name is Tiaray and I teach mathematics, physics, chemistry and general science.

I often tutor students from elementary school to the first year of college.

My teaching methods are based on listening and trust. The confidence that the student has in me and especially in himself. I like to tell my students that there can never be too many questions, and I don't hesitate to re-explain as many times as necessary to make sure they understand the material. Doctor of Chemistry, I am currently a professor at the Haute École Léonard de Vinci (Institut Paul Lambin) in the Chemistry Department and have been teaching in higher education for 8 years. I was also a full-time teaching assistant in chemistry at UCLouvain for science, bioengineering and management engineering students for 7 years. I also hold the agrégation (higher secondary education teaching qualification). I must admit, for a math teacher, I had terrible grades in school. I always thought I wasn't cut out for a scientific career.

When I decided to become an engineer, I had to start from zero and learn everything by myself. At first, I would have been incapable of passing an eight grade math test.
