Do you love dance and want to improve your technical and artistic skills? I am here to help you surpass yourself! ;) Professional dancer, choreographer and teacher, I am creative, empathic, dynamic, and versatile.
Holder of a Bachelor's degree in contemporary dance and creation of multidisciplinary performances from the Iceland University of the Arts, a Master 2 in Art Research & International Creation from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, I am an artist member of the International Dance Council at UNESCO.
Since 2020, I have been engaged in academic research on medical and spiritual dance whose practice is called Transcendental Dance (Transcendental Embodiment).
My professional experience extends internationally where I had the opportunity to work alongside various renowned companies and to organize internships in France, Iceland, Sweden, Mexico, Czech Republic, Spain, Turkey and Asia. Also, I had the opportunity to dance for haute couture houses during Fashion Week in Paris.
I teach contemporary dance, technical floorwork (floor work), contact dance and classical dance. My classes focus on mindfulness, musicality, harmonization of energy flows, improvisation, muscle strengthening and coaching in choreographic composition for competitions, exams, galas, and weddings.

Conscious Ballet. Train with what you love and regain mobility, strength and flexibility
The classes are aimed at the assimilation of technical elements with a biomechanical approach, focusing on the development of appropriate mechanics based on muscle chains and joint release. Knowledge of the objectives of the class sequences with a methodology broken down into the steps, theoretical and practical, will allow a more conscious execution in the long term, preventing short-term injuries. The importance of identifying body strengths and weaknesses individually, to program an exercise plan and overcome technical challenges in the development of a ballet class. Slow fitness training - low low-impact workouts for beginners
I'm a certified IBBFA International ballet barre coach and offer slow low-impact ballet-ispired workouts combined with some simple yoga techniques and stretching exercises for adults and adolescents who don't have strong muscles or a turnout to do classical ballet.
I focus on controlled movements at a slow pace that target specific muscle groups.

I am passionate about working with students on developing both their artistry and technique. In this class students can enhance their existing training through personalised lessons, with a special focus on musicality, dynamics and performance in partnership with technique.
I draw on my knowledge as a professional dancer to train dancers whether their goal is to work towards a career in the industry, or invest more in their passion for dance. Lessons take the form of a traditional ballet class, starting at the barre and moving to the centre (adapting to space), and include discussions to help dancers to refine their thought processes and approach.
I am still a freelance performing dancer and therefore my availability is changeable.

It is a course where elements of contemporary dance, ballet, international and modern dances are going to be taken and we are going to take it to popular Latin dances, such as salsa, through choreography, without ever losing the popular essence that identifies to the danceable genre, but achieving a fusion of cultures.

Floor Pilates or mat Pilates classes, suitable for all ages. I specialize in training dancers but I also create classes for non-dancers. I complement the classes with stretching classes.

In my career as a ballet dancer I have danced soloist and principal roles in top-level European companies.
Today I love to share my skill and expertise with talented, motivated and open minded dancers of all ages and backgrounds.
The level I seek in a student is at least Intermediate. I am open to teaching in French, English, Spanish, German and Italian.
Classes with me are intense, interactive and always targeted towards areas of improvement to be established beforehand.
