With over 16 years of professional experience as a musician, I have performed in a wide range of genres and ensembles alongside top artists and bands. Throughout my career, I have toured across the UK, EU and US, playing at well known festivals, theatres and world renowned venues. I hold a BMus(hons) in Bass Guitar and have served in HM Royal Marines Band Service for 8 years specialising in Bass Guitar, Tuba and Double Bass. As a dedicated and experienced tutor, I have been providing private lessons for the past decade. My teaching approach is tailored to your individual needs and wants. We can have fun learning your favourite songs and exploring different genres or, we can dive deeper into harmony and theory, aural skills, sight reading and advanced playing techniques. Whichever route we take, I always ensure you develop a solid technique and strong musical foundation. I strive to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment. Been a part time hobbyist musician since 2010, and I am excited to spending some time offering guitar lessons to interested people. One can learn to play as fast as 3 months , and then work every following year towards mastery at their own merit. The courses offered have the option to take the crash course (recommended for those who can only commit for a shorter amount of time) as well as an advanced course which covers aspects of music theory as well when learning the guitar. Hello! I’m a professional violinist/violist currently living in Frankfurt. I have a Bachelors and Masters Degree in violin performance from the Eastman School of Music and am currently playing in an ensemble academy in Frankfurt. I have around 10 years of teaching experience using the Suzuki method as well as other method books. I have taught many students from age 3 through adults at all levels. I adapt my teaching to the needs of each individual student and make sure that my students are learning about music theory, note reading, and music history as well.

I am a Spanish pianist and composer (MMus graduate from Codarts Rotterdam in both directions) with many years of teaching experience, and also very active in performing in various contexts. I give private piano lessons for all levels and styles (classical, jazz, Latin, new age, pop...), as well as music theory, composition and improvisation lessons. My lessons are distinguished by their dynamics, practical approach and adaptation to the needs and interests of the student. The lessons (live or online) take place in my studio next to the Maastunnel, where I have a premium stage piano and a top-quality webcam setup. I speak Dutch at an intermediate level, which is improving every day.

Hey! My name is Richard and I give private lessons to all levels. For guitar, it is important that you can improve yourself in a pleasant environment in a fun way where your interests are central. Do you want to delve deeper into a certain style? Do you want to create your own sound on your guitar using amps, and pedals, ...? I can help you with all that! Knowledge of solfège or music theory is not required, we can always discuss this in class if you wish, but that is certainly not mandatory ;) I have been playing the guitar since I was 9 years old and for several years now I have been playing in professional bands with which I have been able to play on sugar rock, for example. The lessons would take place at my home in Mol or via webcam. If necessary, we can always agree on something else. I teach online via Zoom, using software which allows you to see the exact keys I'm playing on my keyboard. My teaching method is to focus on whatever type of music the student loves most, and to build from there. I believe that many people give up their dream of playing an instrument simply because they aren't inspired enough, so my goal is to instill a love for music, whatever that means personally for each individual student. Everyone learns differently and has their own pace and rhythm. I have some students who like to have a regular weekly or biweekly lesson, and others who just get in touch once in a while when they have digested the previous lesson and feel ready to build on it. Whatever the case, I am very flexible and we can figure out what works best for you. A bit about me: Originally honing my skills on the British jazz scene and holding residencies in restaurants and bars around the country, I then went on to tour the world playing on cruise ships, hotels and festivals. I returned to London to complete my master's in jazz piano at the Guildhall School of Music, and during this time performed regularly at Ronnie Scotts, The Vortex and many other venues across the UK. I then spent two years in South America learning about salsa and Cuban music. I now mainly work as a transcriber, writing sheet music for all instruments including full Big Band scores. I have also worked extensively in musical theatre, most recently as musical director for 'Jersey Boys', and on the first US national tour of 'Summer: the Donna Summer Musical'.
