I specialize in coaching adult learners in spoken and written English. I hold a level 3 Adult Teaching Certificate and as a graduate of the full-time acting course at LAMDA, the use of English and the ability to communicate and understand has always been at the heart of my professional career as an actor for 25 years but also my business career for over 20 years. I have always been passionate about the need of most individuals to optimize their employability by their use of language in written and spoken communications. Once they have acquired.fluency of these key areas, they will develop the self-confidence that will get them past their first interview for a job and behavioural flexibility to secure and retain the job if they want it. For many years, I have taught Voice to professional adults including politicians, marketing and sales executives and designers. This was derived from what I learned at LAMDA where I was taught by some of the best voice teachers in the world. My class was designed to learn how to be more effective in spoken and written communication in English. How to engage, how to listen, how to understand, how to be dynamic etc... Each class is one hour. Many have told me that what they learned from this class has helped them to develop and grow their self-confidence especially when applying for jobs. I have enormous experience in communicating with people at all levels and from different backgrounds. I strongly believe that communication is the key to employability. I also have considerable experience of organizing and formatting processes which are aligned to assessing and training requirements. For over twenty-five years, I have assessed Parliamentary Candidates for a major political party and for the past twelve years, I have been organizing and Facilitating them both face-to-face and since the pandemic online as VADs or Virtual Assessment Days. The biggest barrier facing any adult learner who is also in employment is trying to balance the conflicting demands of employment with the competing demands of a formal course which has its own timetable. Whether the employment is full-time or part-time, there are always just so many hours in the day. So rest assured, I can be completely flexible to suit your timetable.

No machine can replace the human spark: spirit, compassion, love, and understanding. Two billion may speak English, but one percent in the UK are qualified to teach the English language in the UK. Learning is divided into three parts. Spoken language such as diction, interviews, acting on stories or poems, public speaking, debates, and discussions, etc. Reading exercises (C1) such as the main idea, supporting details, the author's purpose, organisation and text structures, the audience, evaluating arguments, drawing conclusions, tone and mood, meaning of words and phrases, figurative language, graphic structures of information, elements of fiction, etc. Grammar and sentence structure (C1) such as the parts of speech, constructing sentences, capitalization, common language errors, the essay, writing a thesis statement, structuring the essay, providing supportive evidence, writing well, postpositions, phrasal verbs, idiomatic expressions, etc.

This is a class designed to learn French in an active way! I am used to teaching young children to young adults. I have done tutoring with young children with disabilities in French and in English in different subjects (history, mathematics, french grammar, english grammar, etc). I enjoy teaching by connecting to people and really understanding their level and their needs. I'll evaluate your level and will provide you exercices to do or movies/videos to watch to develop your hearing and prononciation. I believe learning is about being curious and wanting more so I hope to achieve this through this class! I can do the whole class in French or in English, you choose. This is not a class to be anxious or stressed, learning must be a fun process!

I yearn for teaching with young and older learners as well in order to provide them professional knowledge as much as possible. The lesson would include many activities in order to keep it interesting and motivating. The class will contain many various learning procedures.

French is not the easiest to learn but i know how to teach it. I adapt myself to the student by discovering his skills to help him far better I can teach from a distance using device or meet you outside in a park, home, cafe, public locations.

Hello everyone! I'm Giorgia and I come from Torino, Italy. I offer my native knowledge of Italian to any of you, who wants to discover this beautiful language.
