About Me
hello!
I am a dietitian (registered in UK with HCPC, in the process of getting registered with swiss red cross) i have worked with adults with multiple health conditions.
More recently I worked with children - for nutrition support, allergies, coeliac disease, nutritional deficiencies, etc
I am passionate about the power of food for health, and I love cooking.
I worked in kitchens in cafes, on a boat and for supper clubs.
I also love working with children, and previously worked as an english teacher for children in Spain
I firmly believe that cooking simple, affordable and nutritious meals should be easy and fun, and I want to share this :)
