I'm a native Brit English, Humanities & Social Sciences teacher living in Valencia, Spain also specialising in the emerging areas of Global Perspectives & Cultural Awareness. I deliver English classes for students to best develop verbal dexterity & confidence using engaging & topical material. I teach a range of levels but specialise in higher level learners who might want to both raise their level but also improve their fluency whilst conversing about current affairs, international relations & trending fun items - always useful for expanding the confidence of advanced learners in social, business & academic settings. I also run 'tailored' English for Special Purpose programs including considering classroom methodologies for "Maestros" hoping to progress from Intermediate to Advanced levels.

Since the Gymnasium I give tutoring Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Latin and language courses Latin languages Portuguese Spanish French and Italian from basic or beginner level to Gymnasium level. For primary school students also arithmetic for example with fractions and percentages and all other modules. Also Dutch grammar and spelling.

For the past two decades, I've had the privilege of tutoring in both French and English. My students have ranged in age, background, and origin, spanning children, teenagers, adults, professionals, and even seniors aged 85 and above. You might wonder why I teach both languages. Well, I am bilingual, with American and Swiss/French roots, and I currently reside in Ireland. This unique blend of experiences equips me with a strong and relevant teaching approach. My teaching journey began during my time studying social work in French-speaking Switzerland. I am a qualified and experienced mathematics tutor. Graduated from the Free University of Brussels in 2011, I started my career by teaching remedial courses in different schools in Brussels.
