Throughout the past 17 years I have played a wide variety of different guitar genres. From classical to jazz, and from pop to funk. Nowadays I mostly write and play my own music which is a mix of all those genres. My approach to learning and playing music has always been very much based on intuition and the emphasis is not as much on theory. I would be happy to teach you how to use more intuition while playing and/or writing music. I also play piano and sing if you want to learn more about any of those! Lastly, I teach courses and workshops about creativity so if you want to explore your own creativity and get a better understanding of your own creative processes in relation to music then I can definitely help you out with that!

I am a trained singer- songwriter & professional musician with a BA (hons) in Composition. Originally from london I moved to Brussels to do my masters degree. I am a trained singing with a level of grade 8, I have also spent the last 6 years touring as a front women and also a backing singing with various artists around europe, including 1 top 10 artist. I understand that although it's great to have a strong technique it's also about letting go and having confidence in your ability so you can relax in the moment. I welcome students of all levels and all ages and teach a range of genres from Jazz to Rock. Alternatively I am happy to focus on technique if that is something you prefer to work on. I've been playing the piano with great passion for 18 years, and over the past 5 years, alongside my studies and music-making endeavors, I've been teaching multiple students ranging from 7 to 50 years old. My expertise lies in truly understanding music theory and composing and improvising music. Having played in many pop and jazz (big) bands and creating daily compositions for solo piano and bands, I've developed an enthusiasm for these genres that I love to impart to my students. In recent years, I've also been heavily involved in music production, and lessons in this direction are also possible! I often use theory as a background to contextualize the songs we practice (which are often chosen by the student themselves). I use these songs to convey improvisation and composition skills. Additionally, I believe it's important for the student to develop their own way of learning. I strive to create a free yet disciplined learning environment.

I am a 32-year old guitarist, songwriter and composer based in Den Haag, songwriting, composition, electric and acoustic guitar, in combination with music theory. I teach in English or in Greek.
