Doctors could not find a clear medical diagnosis, so he decided to find out for himself where his problems stemmed from. He realized he had bad habits in his recitation by carefully observing himself in mirrors. After years of observation, he developed a technique to regain control over his coordination habits. He was able to change what he called his self-use. This discovery shed light on the influence of self-use on the proper functioning of the body and even on our structure.

Sonia was very active and push me to the limit to speak Spanish until the end of the course. My level was very basic so even if it was difficult for me she took the time to explain some notion of grammar and vocabulary.
