I've been able to build connections with people in ways I never expected, and I see this work as a way to contribute to a better world. Most of my students are adults. Some played as children and are starting again, others are complete beginners; some are advanced and want to delve deeper. In lessons, we work not only on technique but also on musical understanding: reading what's "in" the score, developing interpretation, and experiencing music as a living language—not just as dots on a piece of paper. I also enjoy teaching children and accompanying their growth over a longer period. Seeing how music supports their development always moves me deeply. Come by and see if it's right for you. He was an amazing teacher and so helpful at explaining not only what you can do to improve your singing but also explaining how to work on it and give you exercises you can do to grow your voice right from the get go.
