A STRONG BACKGROUND IN INVESTMENT BANKING AND PRIVATE EQUITY ● I am currently working as an investment banking analyst intern at the Paris office of UBS. I am part of the UBS mid-cap team, focusing on executions involving the French market. I advised several sell-side executions, including the leading French B2B distributor of security hardware. ● I have previously completed a 6-month internship as a generalist Private Equity analyst at Edmond de Rothschild in Paris, specialized in midcap LBOs. Before that, I was a generalist M&A analyst at Clairfield International, specialized in cross-border transactions, and a Private Equity analyst at Paluel-Marmont Capital. ● Overall, I have worked on a wide range of sectors (TMT, software, industrials, consumer and retail, healthcare, energy & utilities) and financial modelling (Advanced LBO, DCF, Comparable transactions, Listed comparable, Business Plan, Accretion/Dilution Model). ● I graduated with honors from a Master in Management at HEC Paris (#1 in Europe according to the Financial Times 2021) and I was a visiting MBA at Cornell in New York.
