European Portuguese has phonetic differences and is often spoken at a faster pace than Brazilian Portuguese, which can make listening comprehension more challenging. My goal is to help you understand, speak, and use the language confidently and naturally. The sessions are fully customized to your needs: Listening comprehension of European Portuguese practical and contextualized conversation, pronunciation, rhythm and intonation, professional vocabulary (tourism, commerce, finance, legal), preparation for real-life situations (meetings, trips, professional exchanges), reading and understanding authentic documents. Thanks to my professional experience of over 35 years as a business manager in Portugal, I have developed a thorough command of the language in its formal, administrative, and professional uses. I have also worked with students from diverse backgrounds, such as a simultaneous interpreter, a tour guide, and an international trade professional, each with specific language objectives. Courses can be held in person in Geneva or online, depending on your preference.
