Physics and math for high school and university students

I am a third year bachelor student at EPFL, in biology. I offer support courses in mathematics, physics, chemistry and biology. The course offers a possibility of help for students with difficulties in the courses offered. The student will find a framework where he can ask these questions, discuss methodologies and improve. Hello I am from Morocco and I am very passionate about science. I am currently a student at EPFL and I make available my knowledge in Mathematics and Physics for support and academic support courses in all levels from primary to secondary. I am only available on weekends, however I can travel wherever suits you, around Lausanne. I can give the course in person as well as remotely (by zoom/Google Meet). I obtained my bachelor's degree at EPFL in microtechnology almost 2 years ago and I am currently in robotics, in the last year of my master's degree at EPFL. During my course, I was a student assistant in several 1st and 2nd year courses. At the beginning, I will ask you to tell me what you did not understand in your course, it can be very specific or on the contrary, general. Then we'll try to apply the theory to exercises to see if you really understood all the concepts. If so, so much the better, and if not, we'll do the exercise together and I'll try to put you on the right track. You can write to me without further ado before a lesson, so that I can prepare a little for the upcoming session. I can give math lessons up to a university level and/or science in general.

The methodology is the key to success for a student in the first year of medicine at the University of Geneva. It must be understood that this methodology is based on a fine balance between "being systematic", (ie ensuring all learning objectives) and "being effective" (ie working on the topics that most often come under discussion). In terms of science learning, I base my courses entirely on multiple-choice questions of two types: -Quest instructional questions: the goal is to check your understanding of the learning objectives; -question "type" exam: to prepare you for the level of difficulty required and get used to answer questions in 2 minutes on the day of the exam. In addition to tutoring I also offer courses in e-learning on my platform exa-MED tutoring. These recorded courses are available from 10CHF / hour and published every Sunday for you to test yourself on the SFO and SMB courses of the week! It's your turn!

I am a second-year student in the MSc in Molecular and Biological Chemistry at EPFL. I really love to give private lessons of Chemistry, Physics and Maths for high school level and Chemistry for bachelor level. My aim is to give a clear theoretical background to be able afterwards to practice and understand problems. I am a student at EPFL in the fifth year of chemical and biotechnological engineering. I graduated with a French scientific baccalaureate with a specialty in physics and chemistry. I have already given math, physics and chemistry lessons regularly for several years. My goal is to put the student at ease and to encourage him. During my lessons, I usually do exercises with the students because they allow them to better understand the theory of the course by applying it. Master student at EPFL, I would be happy to help you (you or your child) for the subjects where you have difficulties! At university, I have been an assistant in Chemistry for the first years of EPFL for a few years as well as for a course linking mathematics and electronics, called Signals and Systems. So I am used to teaching and explaining concepts to students with difficulties. I also give private lessons to students passing the Swiss maturity or the French baccalaureate. To try to see together the difficulties as well as the misunderstandings: we go back to the lesson together, we do an exercise together and then I let the student do it independently and we review together if he is blocked or if we need to correct. Salvation! My name is André and I have just finished my Doctorate in Physics at EPFL. I offer support courses in Mathematics and Sciences for primary school students. My methods are characterized by personalized support for each student, while considering their objectives.
