The lessons are single and for students of all ages, from seven years old and up, even for older people. The first meeting via web cam will serve to understand the student's aspirations and abilities in order to create a tailor-made work plan. Eventually I will only ask to buy a theory and solfeggio book which is cheap. The rest of the material, for lessons via web cam, will be sent via email to the student. My goal is to see the student grow musically and make him as independent as possible. Bring any books he has studied.

Ho iniziato a studiare musica a 11 anni , ora ne ho 58. Insegno privatamente da molti anni. Dopo gli studi di pianoforte ho lavorato come pianista di piano bar per 15 anni , poi ho suonato i live nelle discoteche per altri 15 anni, in quel periodo ho composto circa 800 brani per e con vari DJ. Solo da poco ho messo i miei brani, anche di altro genere, su Youtube. Una mia musica è stata utilizzata in un film e recentemente ho musicato uno spettacolo teatrale. Si sta lavorando ad un film in cui verranno utilizzate mie musiche. La mia passione è la composizione.

ho lavorato come pianista di piano bar dal 1985 al 2001, poi ho eseguito i live in varie discoteche fino a febbraio 2020 quando è iniziato il lokdown, intervallato da sottofondi pianistici in un ristorante. Nel periodo dei live nelle discoteche ho composto per e con vari Dj. Successivamente ho iniziato a comporre su altro genere che trovate su Youtube. Una mia musica è stata inserita in un film "sono tutte simpatiche le mie amiche", ho musicato uno spettacolo teatrale "Nei tuoi panni" ed a breve uscirà un cortometraggio da me musicato. Dal 1985 ad oggi ho sempre dato lezioni private di musica.

The guitar is undoubtedly one of the most popular instruments of the modern age. It is so versatile and used in many genres ranging from classical music to Death Metal and even Electronic Music.

I will teach you the basics of playing the guitar, and I'll spice it up later with my experience in composition and songwriting. We will learn by example through the famous songs that shaped our understanding of the guitar. Whether you prefer singer-songwriter-style songs, or thrash metal we'll get there together.

I will teach mainly using the guitar tablature format, we can do sheet music which is generally unneeded for anything besides classical, but I will need to refresh my music sheet reading skills as I haven't had to read any in the last 10 years.

Experienced teacher of Oud and oriental Arabic singing for over 11 years, I am Lebanese and currently residing in Germany. I studied for 8 years at the Lebanese National Conservatory. I taught at the Casa Beethoven Academy in Lebanon and gave private lessons. In addition, I was conductor of the Loubnan Assalam oriental orchestra for over 5 years.

My recommendation for learning the Oud is to start with the study of notes and musical notation before tackling pieces. Although some students prefer to play songs directly, understanding the basics of musical notation allows for faster progress in the long run. With determination and hard work, significant progress can be made in a year, allowing one to play simple melodies.
