Hi! My name is Daniela. I am half-German and half-Mexican, and for the past nine years, I’ve called the Netherlands home. My passion for languages is rooted in my multicultural background; as a native speaker of both Spanish and German who moved abroad at age ten, I learned English early on and completed both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in the language.

For me, languages are about more than just words, they are about connecting with different cultures. I have years of experience teaching private lessons to high school students and volunteering as an English teacher. Additionally, I hold a teaching qualification for Spanish (ELE) and am currently completing a Master’s in Language Didactics.

I love helping students improve their English by focusing on their specific goals. I personally prefer a conversation-based approach, as I believe speaking and listening are the fastest ways to master a language. However, I am more than happy to dive into grammar and structured exercises. I like to keep lessons dynamic, centering each session on a topic you’re interested in while naturally weaving in new vocabulary and rules.

My name is Dani. I am half Mexican and half German. I grew up in both countries and came to the Netherlands for my studies.

I have always given private Spanish and German lessons and discovered that languages and teaching are truly my passion. That is why I completed a Spanish teacher training course in Spain and taught at a language institute. Now I teach at Taalinstituut Fuentes here in the Netherlands, as well as private lessons, and I love it very much.

A bit more about myself: I am quite open-minded and easy-going and have a curious mind. Teaching and being in contact with so many different people has shown me that I can also learn a lot from my students. I love being in nature, travelling, cooking (and especially eating), skating, and dancing salsa. And as I mentioned I´m quite passionate about languages, so at the moment I am learning italian and trying to improve my french and Dutch :)

My name is Dani and I am Mexican. I always ask my students about their specific goals and their preferred way of learning a language. In my classes I like to take a conversational approach, but this depends entirely on the needs of my students. I use different books with different didactic material, mostly Aula Plus and Bitacora. I also try to practice all skills: talking, writing and listening. If the student wants it, I leave homework, which I correct during the week before the next lesson, so that we can make the most of the lesson time.
