I am a pianist and piano teacher with more than thirty years of experience, with a higher degree from the Valencia Conservatory. I studied at the Conservatory with the two professors Mario Monreal and Perfecto García Chornet, as well as with the pianist Margarita Roda and Patricio Pizarro, renowned pianist, disciple of Emeric Stefaniai, director of the Franz Liszt Academy in Budapest, Hungary, who bequeathed me a great knowledge of the Hungarian and Russian school, being very effective for middle and higher grade students. I teach piano classes for all levels and ages, in my piano studio in Alboraya, as well as at the student's home, traveling to the entire city of Valencia and the surrounding towns, as well as further afield studying supplements. I also teach online classes. I also prepare for conservatory exams, auditions, recitals and competitions. You will achieve quick and effective results in my personalized classes, working on all aspects of the training of a good student or pianist, such as biomechanical principles, body and hand relaxation, technique, concentration, stage fright, harmonic, stylistic, interpretive analysis, promoting the student's motivation to ensure that the creative process flows at all times. I offer classes in Maths and English following the British National Curriculum. I am a primary school teacher currently teaching in Year 6 with experience of KS1 and KS2. I offer lessons which will help children make accelerated progress in Maths and English. In Maths, I use a Maths Mastery approach using concrete manipulatives to ensure a deeper understanding of mathematical concepts. I provide children with a variety of methods allowing them to choose the most efficient method when problem solving. I can help with English speaking as well as in-depth writing lessons.
