I have Rich experience in working closely with students, families, and other professionals to develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Plans) that meet the unique needs and abilities of each student, including setting goals, determining accommodations, and creating lesson plans that support student growth and development
I play an Instrumental role in regularly assessing students' abilities in various areas, such as academics, social skills, and functional skills, to evaluate student progress and make any necessary changes to the IEP
