My name is Achille, I am 28 years old and I study jazz drums at the Royal Superior Conservatory of Brussels.

I am Thijs (30) an experienced drummer and musician, with a wide range of musical interests. Studying jazz drums under the wings of Lander Gyselinck at the KASK/Conservatory in Ghent. In addition, I have followed masterclasses and lessons from/with Joey Baron (US), Kendrick Scott (US), Corey Fonville (US) and Stéphane Galland (BE). I am also active in various bands/groups.

My lessons, depending on the level, focus on both the fundamental building blocks of drumming and music as a whole. These building blocks together with the student's interests form the curriculum, so that it meets the student's wishes as best as possible. I also teach music theory/music theory. Some aspects of this are also offered during drum lessons.

First of all, there is no level limit. I like teaching beginners, freshly bitten by the music bug, as much as I like teaching already established and experienced musicians thirsting for new perspectives on their playing, and a job of targeting points to work on.

Each musician having his own specificities and aspirations, the key word for me is Adaptation.
