As a law professor specializing in compliance and internal control, my main mission is to train and support students in understanding the legal issues related to the regulation and governance of organizations. My role is to introduce them to the fundamental principles of regulatory compliance, as well as the internal control mechanisms essential to the prevention of legal, financial and operational risks. I design and deliver courses covering various aspects of compliance, including anti-corruption regulations, anti-money laundering, data protection, and corporate ethical obligations. I also integrate practical case studies and analyses of real-life situations to enable students to develop a critical and proactive approach to the challenges encountered in the professional world. Beyond teaching, I am committed to conducting in-depth research in the field of compliance and internal control, thus contributing to the evolution of knowledge and practices in this sector. I also actively participate in conferences and seminars, sharing my expertise with professionals and academics. My goal is to prepare students to become key players in their organizations, capable of implementing effective compliance strategies and ensuring sound and responsible governance.
