We explore the body through improvised movement, with and without physical contact. Alone and in groups, we will engage in a sensory and playful approach to our environment, using our skin and our senses as interfaces and meeting spaces. - Instant composition is an improvised dance based on presence and authenticity, combining body expression with group communication. The dancers compose with form, space, rhythm and let themselves be led into surprising and touching situations, to meet others and themselves. - Contact improvisation is a "dance of the moment", based on the exchange of weight, body communication and a game of pure physicality. We learn to follow our spontaneous impulses and connect with ourselves and with our partner, in a climate of trust and experimentation. As a John Cranko School graduate, I teach classical ballet through the Vaganova method, combining a strong technical foundation with an attentive and individual approach to each dancer. My classes focus on building clean, powerful technique while developing body awareness, safe movement and a deeper understanding of how your body works. I pay close attention to alignment, muscle engagement, coordination and the details that can make your dancing feel stronger, freer and more effortless. Beyond technique, in my classes you will be able to understand better what mindset helps you in dancing as well as your artistic side of dancing — musicality, expression, confidence, presence and the feeling behind each movement. I share practical tips, imagery and different mental approaches that can help when a step isn't working, a movement feels difficult, or you simply want to discover a new way of approaching it. I believe that the most interesting dancers are the ones who develop their own qualities. Through individual corrections and guidance, I help you recognize what makes your movement special and learn how to use it with intention. Hii everyone I am trained Bharatanatyam dancer with years of experience in other forms of dance. I can take classes in Bollywood, semi classical and also Zumba. Both personal and group classes can be arranged based on your preference. I can also help choreograph events!!

Dances for Dancers is the art of teaching dancers not merely how to move their bodies to the rhythm but how to breathe life into every step by understanding that each dance, whether it is the graceful flutter of the Cariñosa, the playful hop of the Tinikling, or the vibrant energy of modern Filipino street dance, carries within it the soul, history, struggles, joy, and identity of the Filipino people, making the dancer not just a performer but a living storyteller of culture.

I focus on creating a supportive environment where students feel encouraged to grow, regardless of their experience or background. I tailor each lesson to the individual, whether it’s reinforcing foundational technique, developing artistry, or enhancing strength and flexibility. I incorporate elements from RAD syllabus classes, non-syllabus work, and Progressive Ballet Technique (PBT) to ensure well-rounded training. Each step is broken down analytically, helping students understand not only how but why movements are executed in a certain way. Lessons typically range from 60 to 120 minutes varied from individuals. I teach students of all ages and levels – from absolute beginners to pre-professionals. My lessons are open to girls, boys, and adult learners. Whether the goal is recreational enjoyment or professional advancement, I adapt my teaching to support each student’s journey.
