I offer personalized flexibility training with both passive and active stretching, strengthening exercises that require minimal equipment and are inspired by calisthenics, mobility, and acrobatics. I am a former high-performance rhythmic gymnast in France and continue to practice this sport as an amateur, in addition to dance, acrobatics, and yoga. I possess a diverse repertoire of techniques to improve your body awareness and work on your flexibility and mobility while strengthening you, from a beginner to an advanced level. I offer personalized guidance and follow-up tailored to your body, your needs, and any injuries. Working on flexibility is very important at all ages, as it contributes to better body awareness in daily life, allows you to experience new sensations, and reduces the risk of injury. I can come to your home, your center, or gym, and organize private or small group classes for all ages.
I learned to be a French teacher at a French school in Mexico, so I have the right technique for teaching a language and helping students memorize it. I teach at beginner, intermediate, advanced, and proficiency levels. I provide all the necessary materials, including textbooks with lessons and exercises. A class with me is structured in five stages: review of the previous lesson, introduction of new vocabulary or conjugations (3x3 technique), interaction, writing and exercises, as well as games related to the topic. With my methodology, I hardly speak Spanish during class, which allows your ear to easily adapt and you to understand French quickly. I also focus a lot on interaction, so you will be able to speak confidently and fluently, enabling you to communicate with native speakers. In a year or a year and a half (depending on the frequency of classes), you will reach an intermediate level. You can also request a general proficiency session, where I will prepare a topic for exchanging ideas, or if you need to work on a particular grammar rule.
My name is Marine, I'm 28 years old, French (from Dijon), and I've been living in Guadalajara, Mexico for the past five years. I practice rhythmic gymnastics and enjoy dancing and circus arts (trapeze, acrobatics). I have a master's degree in management and I teach French, gymnastics/flexibility classes, and organize cultural and artistic events, which makes me a dynamic and cheerful person. My loved ones say I'm very kind, I like to help others, and I enjoy spending time with my friends. I like to share my culture, talk about music and art, and especially try French cuisine.
