Having done training as a sports coach and being a fitness and bodybuilding enthusiast that I have been practicing for over 7 years, I acquired a certain theoretical and practical background that allows me to help people of all ages to achieve their goals. personal goals.
I can give classes for Fitness - weight loss, bodybuilding, powerlifting or even crossfit training. A rigorous follow-up training will be done session after session to better see the evolution.
