Bij alternatieve geschillenbeslechting leer je de basis van gesprekstechnieken en toepassing van diverse interventies om te kunnen bemiddelen tussen mensen die een geschil hebben.

Denk hierbij aan inzet op scholen, buren, etc.

De cursus kan ingezet worden als bijles voor de vakken mediation, recht, individuele begeleiding (geschikt voor studenten, leerlingen) of een op maat training voor docenten die op zoek zijn naar een gastdocent voor hun leerlingen.

Als ik mijzelf moet omschrijven ben ik iemand met passie voor mijn vak die veel plezier heeft om kennis over te dragen aan anderen.

Ik hou van verdieping in rechtenvakken en overbrengen hoe e.e.a. in de praktijk werkt. Ook hou ik van geschillenbeslechting. Ik ben zelf mediator van beroep (voormalig advocaat) en zie de meerwaarde van mediation boven direct in de vechthouding gaan.

Uiteraard geef ik met veel plezier en liefde les aan gemotiveerde studenten. Je zit er immers voor jezelf. Actieve deelname is dan wel voorwaarde in ruil voor mijn inzet.

Ik ben niet jouw typische Spaanse leraar. Ik geloof niet in saaie colleges en eindeloze grammatica-oefeningen. In plaats daarvan streef ik ernaar een meeslepende en boeiende leeromgeving te creëren die leuk en effectief is.

Mijn naam is Mohamed uit Syrië en ik heb een diploma in bedrijfskunde. Mijn reis met de Engelse taal begon met een diepe passie om het te leren.
