I am a trained CELTA English teacher and also have an MA TESOL to teach English to speakers of other languages. I love to inspire others not only to speak English but to encourage them to develop their own unique style of using the language which fits their needs, personality, interests and motivation.

I will always address the individual learning needs in the design of a course. You are encouraged to participate in the different techniques and methods that suit you as a learner. I am trained in task based teaching, multi-sensory techniques and teaching languages to learners with difficulties.

Méthodology

I will use a variety of different methods, so that you enjoy your learning experience. I can offer a structured course to take you to the next level (Grammar is learnt by doing). I currently teach to students and work professionals (oral presentations, writing skills and fluency). As I mix task based and a communication approach, students are active in the lessons and their learning comes from this participation. I teach all levels from beginners to advanced.

Méthodologie
J’ai la capacité d’utiliser une variété de méthodes différentes en fonction de chacun. Pour ceux qui ont peur de la grammaire et qui s’embrouillent facilement, je vous donnerai quelques outils faciles pour que vous puissiez vous améliorer sans effort. J’utilise des stratèges de communication que j’intègre dans tous le cours afin de vous aider à être autonome dans la participation de tâches que je donne. Je fais des analyses de besoins et je m’engage à vous donner des cours adaptés à vos besoins, intérêts, forces et faiblesses. Vous n’allez pas forcément remarquer que vous faites des efforts intellectuelles mais simplement que vous vous amusez à apprendre et à mieux utiliser la langue anglaise.

Erfahrung / Qualifikationen

Over 7 years of experience as an English Teacher. (TOTAL, PFIZER, CENELEC, Brussels Parliament). I have also taught at ULB, 2nd & 3rd-year students and prepared Solvay students to successfully pass oral presentation exams. I substitute teach at the International school of Brussels, and also deliver and design English learning student intensive programs for ULB (F9). I have also worked in Belgian primary schools creating kiddy’s extracurricular programs. I design and deliver all my own courses and have a new fast track preparation course for IELTS learners.
