Hi, my name is Arsenije!
I am a pianist, actively playing in many different bands, projects and orchestras,
mainly in genres Jazz and Classical music.
I have been teaching piano for 5 years to children and adults.
If you are a beginner and would like to be able to play Classical music, Jazz, Rock, Pop or any other style of music you like, on piano or keyboard, or you are already an experienced pianist who would like to improve your music theory knowledge or technique on the instrument, I would be glad to help you achieve that, and to share my experience and knowledge with you.

Hello!! :) My name is Clara. I'm from Spain, but I'm studying violin at the university here in Vienna. I have more experience with children, but I can also work with adults. :) My goal is to understand music, have fun, and, of course, learn the great and beautiful world of the violin.
I also study viola and piano at the same time, and can also teach at the basic level.
I can give lessons in German, Spanish or English!
Ear training, theory, solfeggio and things like that are of course an important part of my teaching.

I have more than seven years of experience in teaching violin, viola, music theory and complementary piano, so no matter what level you are, I can teach you from the ground up. I specialized in classical music but I can also help you to play and learn your favorite songs.
I find it very important to connect mind and body with the instrument, so I like to emphasize from the beginning on relaxation and proper postures to avoid pain or contractions later on. I like to develop a series of relaxation and stretching exercises before and at the end of each class.
I believe that music should be a source of joy and enjoyment before anything else. I don’t have a definite method, as I think I have to adapt to the needs and aptitudes of each student. I can give individual and group lessons (no more than 4 people), so I can also work with small groups.

In my experience over the past few years as a piano teacher to students of all levels and ages, I have found that people learn so much more when they are able to express themselves and have a fun time from the very first lesson.

For this reason I focus on teaching piano and music through the lens of jazz, which allows for so much freedom as well as being really educational in all different styles of music. In my classes you will learn how music really works in a relevant way by studying music that you yourself enjoy listening to and would like to create, and practice dynamically using tools like backing tracks which make it feel like there is a band in the room with you!

I also produce electronic/funk/neo soul music for my solo project and as a session musician. If learning music production interests you, I can also help you with that!
