Hello!
My name is Yasmin, and I am a linguist and a professional teacher for German as a foreign language. I was born and raised in Vienna, Austria, where I studied Applied Linguistics and German as a Foreign Language. I obtained my PhD in the field of language learning and teaching research in 2018.
I have more than 10 years of teaching experience, giving classes to all levels and ages in Austria, Poland, France, and Colombia so far.
Now living in Thessaloniki, I am looking forward to help you with your German!

I am a fully qualified Modern Foreign Languages teacher living in Thessaloniki. I am a native English speaker from the UK and I also teach French and German. I can prepare you for exams (e.g. LanguageCert IESOL or school exams), help you to improve your conversational skills, explain complicated grammatical concepts or focus on any particular aspects you are interested in. I lived in Berlin for 12 years and taught German at one of the largest language school there. I am a certified German teacher and have experience in teaching A1-C1.
