Hey! My name is Jakob, I'm from Slovenia and I've studied classical piano and am currently in second year bachelor for jazz piano.

I played in many different bands, so whether it's jazz, classical, pop or any other kind of music, I will guide you through different ways to approach music and practicing (all of them will be fun and what YOU really want/need)!

I'm 20 years old and I come from Slovenia. I've been playing piano since I was 4 and currently, I'm in second year of jazz piano bachelor at Codarts in Rotterdam.

Since I was a kid, I enjoyed listening to all sorts of music, so we can talk about different approaches to piano playing, or just stick to one genre that you prefer.

I love students that have their mind open and are ready to take in whatever the world offers to them.

My approach to teaching is also open like that, developing short exercises and keeping your focus on the things that will help you improve your listening and playing is proven to have much better effect than to just be given random exercises for a certain, possibly large, field.

With 20 years of experience as a guitar teacher and as a professional musician, I like to pass on my passion for the guitar to others.
I teach at all levels; from beginners to advanced, and specialize in jazz, flamenco, classical, bossa nova, rock, funk and metal.

Do you want to have fun learning how to play the most beautiful instrument in the world or improve your skills with it? I'd be delighted to do it with you! I'm a classical clarinetist, I have two masters (recently graduated at Codarts) and different experience in orchestra, chamber music and teaching! My goal as a teacher is to stimulate the student to study in order to be at the disposal of music and not a passive player as can happen many times when you undertake a new study. That is why I like to play with my students and organize little private concerts and try-out.
Concerning the music theory lessons, I am not going to bore you with long and incomprehensible explanations! We will study it in a fun and effective way! Trombone lessons

Learning to master the trombone is no easy task. It is an infinitely variable instrument, it has no valves or valves, which means that the hearing in particular must be well trained. Solfège is an important part of my lessons. If you can sing something, you can also play it, is my vision. Besides trombone lessons I also give trumpet lessons for beginners. Even then I use the ear training method.

At music schools I teach according to the AMV principle. With that you can get your diplomas, A to D. The latter is, as it were, the audition for the conservatory.

In my studio close to Rotterdam, I give music lessons according to your needs. This can be technique, or being able to present an etude or concert beautifully. But also learning to play over a chord progression, improvising, being able to play freely.

COVID-19 update 2021: Due to the corona crisis, I am currently also teaching online via Skype. However, my studio is so big that the 1.5 meters can be maintained for the 1 on 1 lessons.

My name is Abraham, and I’m a third year jazz piano student at Codarts Rotterdam. I have been playing for 14 years, most of which were spent in classical music. I teach all levels and styles (classical, pop, jazz, etc.). It can be with or without theory, depending on what you prefer.
