Ik heb Communicatie gestudeerd aan de Fontys Hogeschool in Tilburg. Deze studie heb ik in 2009 succesvol afgerond.
Daarna heb ik de opleiding Spaans als Tweede Taal niveau C1 afgerond aan de Miguel Cervantes Academy in Madrid.

Mijn liefde voor talen is een aantal jaren geleden begonnen, toen ik besefte hoe waardevol het is om je vloeiend te kunnen uitdrukken in verschillende talen. Tijdens mijn vorige baan heb ik veel met vrijwilligers gewerkt. Vaak waren dit vrijwilligers die de Engelse of Spaanse taal niet of nauwelijks beheersten. Learning a foreign language is not a linear process that consists of memorising a list of words, and speaking a foreign language is not an oral translation exercise.

There are two types of approaches to acquiring knowledge:

When asked what year follows 1999, you can immediately answer 2000 without having to think for a long time and, above all, without having memorised each number individually, starting with 1, 2, 3 ...
