In this class, you'll learn about the 1, 2 or all 3 of the aspects which make up a physically & mentally healthy lifestyle - fitness, nutrition & mindset. Whether you're new to working out, looking to get the nutrition side of your results down or simply improve your mindset & motivation, I can help you begin or further your journey to becoming the best version of yourself. Every week, I host a call with my team, either hosting a simple workout, giving fitness tips, nutrition advice or a motivation boost, delivered to people who've been in the industry 10 years or more to people who've just began working out. My aim is to keep it simple, nothing complex, nothing scientific, just the simple tips & tricks I've learned on my journey to get me where I am today.

I have worked as an online health & wellness coach for 18 months, specializing in fitness, nutrition & mindset, coaching people 1:1 worldwide. My teaching is very relaxed, working with what students tell me specifically what they want to work on. I will get to know the student - their goals, their WHY & what their looking for so I can plan & teach around what they need & want from me. My teaching is high energy as I want to make students feel as comfortable & relaxed as possible & view this as a fun 1/2 hour / hour to look forward to rather than a 'lesson.' Every week my Team hosts a Sunday power hour which includes a live workout, fitness/nutrition/mindset tips & a dance party - I want to make the lessons the same type of vibe. We are trained by the top people in the company & the top doctors, scientists & nutritionists from all over the world including Christiano Ronaldo. Our main source of mindset training comes from personal development gurus such as Jim Rohn, Tony Robbins, Mark Hughes, Rebecca-Louise Smith & so many more.
