    About me My name is Constanza, and I've been a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher since 2021. But my yoga journey began long before that: over 20 years ago. What began as a personal practice transformed into a true philosophy of life and, over time, a vocation. In addition to traditional yoga, I have experience using yoga as a physical and mental preparation for freediving (apnea), a discipline I also practice. This connection between body, breath, and water allowed me to delve deeper into techniques of concentration, breath control, and mindfulness, which I now integrate into my classes to offer a more conscious and profound experience. My dream is to accompany those who wish to begin or deepen their yoga journey, respecting each individual's time and needs. I deeply believe that yoga is a transformative tool, not only for the body but also for the soul.
