In the context of lung detoxification, I will be guiding you through the pranayama exercises that can effectively cleanse and strengthen respiratory organs.
Pranayama encompasses a variety of breathing techniques, each with its unique benefits. Here are some yogic breathing we will practice during the class.
Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing)
Kapalbhati (Skull Shining Breath)
Bhramari (Humming Bee Breath)
Ujjayi (Victorious Breath)
